Richard “Rick” Evans Westbrook, 56, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025, after facing ALS. Born January 13, 1969, he was the son of Richard and Diane Carroll Westbrook. Rick was a cherished member of the Bayville community for 29 years, known for his warmth and spirit, leaving a legacy of love and strength. He is survived by his parents, siblings, extended family, and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Altmeyer Funeral Home – Southside Chapel in Virginia Beach, with a reception to follow. Donations may be made to the ALS Association in his name.
