The Virginia Museum of History & Culture in Richmond opened a new exhibit titled “Give Me Liberty: Virginia & the Forging of a Nation” last month. The exhibit focuses on Virginia’s key role in the American Revolution through historical artifacts, documents, art, and immersive experiences. It highlights the contributions of founding figures and other Virginians, exploring different perspectives on freedom. The exhibit runs through January 4, 2026, as part of the state’s commemoration of America’s 250th anniversary. A mobile version of the exhibit will travel across Virginia through 2027.
