Louis Leonard “Lou” Vannostrand, 63, a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, passed away on April 23, 2025, in Norfolk. Born July 30, 1961, he was known for his cooking and survived by his brother Calvin and brother-in-law Brooks. No services are scheduled, and the family requests memorial donations in lieu of flowers.
