Louis Leonard “Lou” Vannostrand, 63, a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025, in Norfolk. He is survived by his brother, Calvin Roy Vannostrand, Jr., and brother-in-law, Brooks. No services are currently scheduled, but the family hopes to lay him to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk. The family requests memorial donations in lieu of flowers.
