William & Mary offensive lineman Charles Grant was selected by the Las Vegas Raiders as the 99th overall pick in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft on Friday. Grant is the highest W&M player drafted since 2009 and the second drafted in the past three years. He was a consensus first-team All-America selection in 2024 and a three-time first-team All-CAA honoree. Grant anchored an offensive line that helped the Tribe rank among the nation’s best in rushing in recent seasons. In addition to football success, he has been recognized for his community service, including being a bone marrow donor.
