Warner proposes affordable housing ideas, tax credits in Williamsburg

U.S. Sen. Mark Warner discussed affordable housing needs and potential solutions at a community roundtable in Williamsburg on Thursday. Warner proposed ideas including simplifying historic tax credits, incentivizing renovation of blighted homes, supporting first-generation homebuyers, and encouraging building near religious properties.
